I love the idea of gem or crystal elixirs….that is, water infused with the frequency of a particular crystal or stone, along with your thoughts and intentions too!
After all your thoughts are an energy and vibration and water is programmable to its surrounding frequencies. After the crystals have spent a full night infusing the water they are removed and the the water is then ingested for healing purposes.
However, it is absolutely necessary to be well-educated about what stones are toxic. As always do your due diligence and make sure your chosen crystals are safe to use if you plan on doing the direct method . (submerging your crystals directly in your water -which is my preferred method)
As a general guideline using any crystal from the Quartz family is always your safest bet for the direct method.
Clear quartz
Rose quartz
Smoky quartz
Citrine
Ametrine
Tangerine quartz
Nobel / Elite Shungite
If your feelin' fancy you can also purchase a crystal water bottle containing water safe non toxic crystals from the quartz family like these below. There beautiful aren't they? Indeed, but totally unnecessary. As you know you can accomplish the same thing with a simple glass jar as pictured above. Personally I couldn't resist owning one. I consider it a functioning piece of art and my simple daily water and tea drinking is heightened because of it.
If you have crystals you want to use that are on the list below you can place your crystals around your container of water ( indirect method).
Have fun infusing your healing water with your highest of intentions, beautiful crystals and lunar goodness .
Cheers !
